August 3, 2022. Quarterback G.O.A.T. Tom Brady’s 45th birthday.  I fell asleep at the wheel on a mountain road, veered into a ditch, rode up onto a rock wall, and rolled my 4-Runner onto its roof. 

     When concerned motorists and medical personnel arrived, they were taken aback by my upbeat, smiling demeanor.  The sheriff who interviewed me was confused.  I was, frankly, overjoyed.  I had crawled from the wreckage through the shattered window of the passenger door.   For my violent crash and extraction efforts, I had only a few minor scratches on my left forearm. I was giddy because I had just cheated death, said, “Hell no!” to The Grim Reaper.  I have an important mission.

     To live ACTIVELY well beyond 100 years, to accomplish all that I must be and want, I have a very specific health game plan.  Let me share it with you.
